Menus at Makoura Lodge

Makoura Lodge and the McIntyre family have a long-standing tradition of creating wholesome, homegrown meals that bring people together, a legacy we proudly continue today with honest, hearty country cuisine. We offer in-house catering for couples and groups staying with us, special occasions, weddings, corporate functions, and events. Meals are available exclusively by prior booking.

Pricing can be viewed on each menu and includes :

Optional Extras
- Antipasto and cheese grazing board $29pp
- Kids Set Menu, 12 years and under- 50% discount off chosen adult menu
  -Snack platter
  -Buttermilk chicken, fries & veggie sticks
  -Ice-cream sundae
We are more than happy to accommodate dietary and cultural requirements wherever possible. To ensure we can do this well, please let us know of any requirements at least 14 days prior to your event.
Where separate dishes are required in addition to the chosen menu, a 10% surcharge will apply to help cover the additional preparation and ingredients.
If dietary requests are received at short notice and separate meals are required (subject to availability), an additional full menu charge may apply, as the original menu would have already been prepared.
If you are expecting a larger number of vegetarian or vegan guests, we kindly ask that you select an additional suitable main to ensure everyone is well catered for.
- Final numbers required 14 days prior. This is the number catered and charged for regardless if fewer attend
- 15% surcharge applies on public holidays
- Any unpaid accounts will be charged to the organiser
- Due to our food safety licencing food is unable to leave the premises.
- Cancellations made within 10 days require payment
- Due to reliance on suppliers, pricing is subject to change
