    • Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to  21 days before the arrival date are without charge. Thereafter the deposit will be charged. The total value of the booking will be charged if changes/ cancellations are made with less than  72 hours.

    • 15% surcharge applies to food, beverage, and activities on public holidays and the offering is subject to staffing availability.

    • Makoura Lodge is closed from the 24th of December to the 4th of January but will be open for self-contained stays. The main lodge/meals/activities/staff/bar will be unavailable.

    • Check in is from 2 pm and check out is by 10 am.

  • You can select your meals and activities during the online booking process. For bookings more than six months in advance, we will send you a booking form with the available options.
