Information
Confirmation of Menu and Guest
Numbers
The menu and guest numbers must be confirmed at least 14 days
before your function, for our catering purposes. The number of people confirmed, as attending at that date,
will be the minimum number charged for in your final account, regardless of whether fewer people
attend.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking within 60 days of your function the
Management Fee is non-refundable. Prior to 60 days we will refund up to 50% of your deposit, at the
discretion of management.
Pricing
All prices quoted in this pack are GST inclusive and are subject
to change without notice. It is therefore important to confirm final menu selections and costings within 14
days of your function.
Children Pricing
The cost of meals and accommodation for children are as
follows:
Payment of Accounts
The final account for your celebrations is to be settled on the
day after your function, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Provision of Staff
Makoura Lodge will provide sufficient staff to set-up, serve
meals and refreshments, and to manage all requirements during your stay.
