Homemade canapés with assorted bases and toppings, such as gin soaked apricots wrapped in bacon, mini smoked salmon blinis, and caramelised red onion tartlets

Add a bowl of steamed green-shell mussels in white wine with bread for $7.50pp extra

Prime fillet steak wrapped in streaky bacon, with a sour cream and mustard sauce

Seared venison minute steaks with a cranberry jus

Whole rolled rib-eye of beef, stuffed with mushrooms, sliced to serve
