Lamb, baked to perfection with rosemary, served with orange and cranberry gravy and mint sauce.

Succulent roast pork and apple sauce.

Prime roast beef with a coffee and crème-fraiche gravy.

Pan-roasted chicken with our fresh herb stuffing balls and gravy.

Baked ham on the bone with wholegrain mustard sauce.

Steamed seasonal vegetables.
