Well…what is Yoga, really?
First of all Yoga is NOT about how far you can bend, twist or entwine limbs into complex positions! My yogic journey started very modestly with me being in far reach of my toes, thus I always teach with this in mind - we are all different bodies with varying degrees of flexibility. Like life yoga is a journey - we work with the body and not against it. Through our breath we connect mind and body thus restoring balance, increasing strength and slowly increasing flexibility along the way.
The Sanskrit word for ‘Yoga’ literally means union. It is the joining, the balancing and integration of opposites: mind and body, masculine and feminine, whole and part, light and dark, yin yang Oneness.
If you are a complete beginner or already have your own practice I invite you to join one of my classes for full body relaxation and peace of mind.
Classes are 90min, wear comfortable clothing and arrive on an empty stomach.
